Somewhere along the way, planning turned into pressure.
Schedules packed tight.
Goals stacked high.
No room for real life.
But what if planning wasn’t about control…
what if it was about peace?
Peace knowing what matters.
Peace choosing what doesn’t.
Peace checking in with yourself before committing to everything else.
A plan doesn’t have to trap you.
It can guide you.
It can ask questions instead of demanding answers.
It can help you notice patterns instead of judging them.
This season, I’m choosing planning that supports my well-being, not just my output.
And I’m giving myself permission to write things down simply so I don’t carry them alone.
